Our Vision and Mission Statement:
Our Family Servant ship came about through much prayer and having
much loyalty and respect for the Lord. According to proverbs 2: 1-22. Our
Family Servant ship came into effect December 30, 2002. During January,
2006 the name was changed to Encouragement "Blossom's' In The Trauma
The family servant ship is based upon Isaiah 11: 2-5. Let your Spirit rest
upon _____________ Give him the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the
spirit of counsel & power, the spirit of knowledge, and of the fear of the
Lord. Don't let _______ judge by what we see with our eyes, or decide by
what we hear with our ears, but let him act with righteousness, justice,
and faith, Isaiah ( 11: 2-5).
The family servant ship consists of a mother, and two sons. We believe
that through believing in others, and distributing arts& crafts, & mailing
kind letters- That we will bring others Jesus Christ love. We service
through group homes, social services, organizations, nursing homes,
homeless organizations, and single family environments, we also service
on an individual basis. ( Meaning that one can call in for themselves to
receive this encouragement, even if they are just broken hearted, lost a
loved one, or just live by themselves and just lonely. Someone can even
call in for a person anonymously.)
Before we service people we pray Romans 8 : 35 - 39over everyone in our
private prayer life.
Our vision is James 1:19-26. Encouraging People's to keep a stable mind
through learning to forgive, and taking responsibility of their own life.
True happiness comes from continuing in God's word and really living it
everyday.
Our flag color is orange, black, blue, & gold. ( The flag will be up online by
May 2010)
Our clothing colors are orange, and black, these are the colors we usually
wear when we are invited to service others.
Our mission statement is to help encourage childhood survivors of abuse,
homeless single families, & single families that's conquering through
abuse to have emotional strength through sending encouraging e-mails,
e- cards, phone calls, and letters, to better shape and make decisions for
themselves by learning to think for themselves & deciding what's best for
themselves.
We have more poetry on our 2nd website, services, and membership

We have lots of free downloads because there are some people who
cannot afford to pay for hard copies and it is our desire to have anyone
who wants a product of ours to be able to receive it without being
concerned about what they cannot pay for because of money problems.
Because we have to pay for hard copies of our music, catalogs, books,
and brochures these do cost a certain price however; if you would like a
hard copy and cannot afford the regular price of our items after you've
seen Encouragement's Catalog the price of what it is that you want to
order in our catalog, please inform us so that we can work out a plan with
you to pay half price for the item.
We can also send you a floppy disk with a book and one song of your
choice on it if you cannot pay half price for the items. We'll supply the disk
you would just need to contact us to inform us that you would like to

However, we are non-profit and will be glad to accept donations of floppy
disks for this service, music CD-Roms Recordable, CD-Roms for books to
be placed on it, small arts and crafts, artificial flowers, as we get an
overwhelming amount of these calls and cannot always send them out
immediately when asked for if we don't have the floppy disks and
neccessary supplies for our clients/customers available at the time.
We do not mind accepting stamps, small and big envelopes as these are
needed very much for those who are on our mailing list. Any used
computers, computer hardware, phones, book shelves,or office supplies
and furniture would be greatly appreciated if you would like to donate them
as we are operating out of an office in our home and preparing to move to
an office in another house/building we also are preparing a library to
service our clients and have biweekly meetings with unions and reunions,
sometimes we offer classes in our homes besides online which is why
extra tables, chairs, and phones, mics, and head sets would help us out
more.
We are always looking for volunteers to help prepare poetry on cards, for
our mailing lists, and to return calls and answer incoming calls as the
volumes are rather high. We hope to hire within the next 3-5 years but as
of now we are volunteers ourselves because we have to have another
income coming in to keep the non-profit going. The monies we do make
off of our materials go back out for printing purposes to develope more
materials that are in demand, for our telephone service, mailing service,
speaking engagements, three websites, our online trauma classes, our
unions for those who have no close family,and poetry in frames/plaques.

Greatness Within You...
Inwardly though I'm twisted and
stirred up with mixed emotions,
there is greatness within me.
Though the shackles of life have
burden me down, greatness is
still within me.
Although I am like the raven that
can be ugly and strike back
meanly, there is still greatness
within me.
How can I get this greatness out
of me?
I must first start by forgiving
myself, and letting go of
everything within the past, that
can help me get angry so quickly.
Greatness is within me, I can
hear it calling my name. I must
take responsibility for my life, and
for the choices that I have made.
Greatness is within me; therefore
I can make better decisions for
myself.
Thinking for myself, and making
good decisions is greatness for
me.
What else can I decide that is
success for me?
Doing what I think is best besides
what others think or feel that I
should or should, or should have
done.
This greatness for me, I embrace.
Greatness is within me for me to
embrace.
Could it be that I must work within
myself to pull this greatness out
of me?
I have pulled, and I have pecked,
and I have wept.
Had I known that greatness
comes when i start by forgiving
myself, then others; this love for
myself I could have been
embraced.
Greatness is shining within me,
not that I have let this burden flow
out of me.
I must never quit on myself and
continue believing within myself ,
no matter the outcome in life that I
may receive.
Greatness is within me and i'm
rising and standing high saying it
aloud.
My life is mine to use, treat, and
use as a temple.
What will you do with your life?
From day to day we can allow life
to come in us, near us, or to pass
us.
